Spanish school in Santiago de Cuba
Learn Spanish in Santiago de Cuba with us. All teachers are university graduates and
have been well trained in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Spanish Classes are
held either at the teacher’s home, in the house of the host family or. The average age
of our students is 30 years and they mainly come from the Netherlands, Germany,
Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria and Great Britain. Occasionally, students from
France, Italy, Japan, Canada, Finland. Other countries also come to learn Spanish in
Santiago de Cuba

Minigroup
The Minigroup course in Santiago de Cuba is designed to improve students’ reading,
writing, listening and speaking skills. The course consists of 4 hours of daily teaching
in a minigroup (max. 5 participants), and is on offer all year round. The Minigroup
course is available for 2 weeks or more and with a minimum of 2 participants.

One-to-one
The one-to-one course consists of either 2, 3 or 4 lessons a day, and is available all
year round (1 lesson = 50 minutes. We have more than 10 teachers in our team.
We prefer the one-to-one courses, for it is more flexible. You can study just one day
or several weeks. And change the teacher if you stay longer time.

Dance course in Santiago de Cuba
You can combine a Spanish language course (one-to-one or minigroup ) with a one
hour (= 60 minutes) private dance course per day. The dances taught are salsa, reg-
gae, rumba and son, depending your interest and level.
Usually you start with salsa, more advanced students can learn son. The teachers do
not speak english well, some of them not at all.

Host family in Santiago de Cuba
We advise accommodation in host families. The selected host families live in spacio-
us homes in a nice part of the town: Reparto Sueño. They offer single and double
rooms with half board (breakfast and dinner). Double rooms are only possible for two
persons travelling together. Dinner is between 18.30 – 20.00. Almost all rooms have
air-conditioning and some have a private bathroom. Laundry is not included. The host
family can take care of the laundry for a small charge.
